Antonino Turicchi was born in 1965.
He received a degree in Economics & Business from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome and a Master in Economics as well as International Finance and Foreign Trade degree from the University of Turin.
In 1994 Mr. Turicchi was appointed Officer of the Italian Treasury (Ministero dell’economia e delle finanze) and after a few years was assigned to the Public Division as Executive Manager for financial and securitization transactions both for Domestic and External Debt.
From 2002 to 2009 he has been General Manager of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (Deposits and Loans Fund –CDP) where he oversaw the company’s transformation into a joint- stock
company. From 2009 to 2011 he served as Executive Director for the City of Rome and on July 2011 was appointed President of the Alstom Group in Italy.
Since 2016, he has been serving as Head of Directorate VII – Finance and Privatisations in the Italian Treasury.
Mr. Turicchi has been involved in the board of main Italian companies (such as Mediocredito del Friuli, Mediocredito di Roma, EUR and Alitalia) as well as member of the Supervisory Board of Numonyx and STMicroelectronics.
At present Mr. Turicchi is a Corporate Board Member of the following companies: Banca Monte Paschi di Siena, Autostrade per l’Italia and Leonardo Company.
