Andjela is currently a third year Ph.D. student in Management at LUISS University in Rome. Her research is in the field of sustainability with focus on the role of business in society. Specifically, she is looking into mechanisms through which companies change their business models with aim of becoming more sustainable and purpose driven. Prior to this, she has worked as a sustainable development expert for international agencies such as the United Nations Development Programme, UN Global Compact, International Labour Organization, UN Women and for the OSCE.
